Ginger Lemon & Chilli Chicken Kebabs

Try our fantastic kababs paired with Hoisin stir fry vegetables and cucumber Salad

  1. Preheat your BBQ or Griddle to piping hot
  2. Now prepare your cucumber salad: cut your cucumber in half and using a potato peeler peel it lengthways, this will give you lovely ribbons, then finely slice half the bunch of spring onions
  3. Combine with a splash of sesame oil and some salt and pepper (add some finely sliced chilli if you like it hot)
  4. Get your kebabs on the heat, cook until lovely and charred on the outside and cooked throughout, 5-10 mins
  5. Slice up your pepper, courgette and asparagus into strips, making sure they are all about the same size, this will ensure they all cook at the same time
  6. Get a wok or large pan add some sesame oil or olive oil and get piping hot
  7. Tip in all your veg and cook for 2 mins
  8. Add quarter of a bottle of the hoisin (if you like a bit more sauce add half the bottle) and stir. Cook for further 2 mins
  9. Slice up the rest of the spring onion and add, take to the table along with your kebabs and the salad
