Great British Wines
Summerhill sits on the northern edge of the Southill Estate, which is also home to Warden Abbey, Bedfordshire’s only working vineyard. The vineyard has been producing award-winning wines since 1990 including several at the International Wine Challenge. Warden Abbey’s latest wines, The Reformer and The Founder, sit alongside a bespoke collection of South African and new world wines sourced by Charles Whitbread, owner of the Estate, and a wide range of English fruit and country wines.
Traditional Ciders and Real Ales
We offer Watergull’s immensely refreshing range of ciders from Cambridgeshire, as well as the Cornish Gold with its fruity apple tones and long dry finish.
Locally and traditionally produced bottled ales and beers with only the finest ingredients are sourced from the White Park Brewery in Cranfield and brand new Ampthill Brewhouse.
Soft drinks needn’t be bland, which is why we’ve taken great care to source flavoursome blends from Norfolk. The Breckland Orchard Posh Pop is made with Norfolk spring water and a variety of natural flavours including Pear and Elderflower, Strawberry and Rhubarb and Cloudy Lemonade.
